Cheese Cake Recipe

Ingredients:

• 01 ~ Digestive, Marie or Milk Arrowroot biscuits – 300g (or 400g)

• 02 ~ Fair Price’s Pure Creamery Butter – 6 ozs

• 03 ~ Kraft’s Philadelphia Cream Cheese – 250g (1pc)

• 04 ~ Nestle Pure Dairy Sterilized Cream – 1 tin

• 05 ~ 1 – 8 tbsp Fine Sugar (depending on taste)

• 06 ~ 3 – 4 tsp Gelatine to a ¼ cup hot water (to cheese)

• 07 ~ (Optional) 2 tsp gelatine to ¼ cup hot water (to fruit)

Method:

• 01 ~ Break biscuits till fine. Mix with butter. Place in base of tin and put in freezer for 20mins

• 02 ~ Break ‘Kraft’s Philadelphia Cream Cheese’ into small pieces, add ‘Fine Sugar’ and ‘Nestle Pure Dairy Sterilized Cream’. Beat until smooth. Add 4 tbsp ‘Gelatine’ and mix well. Pour over biscuit from freezer.

• 03 ~ (Optional) Place fruits (without syrup) mixed with Gelatine over cheese.

• 04 ~ Put in freezer for another 20mins and then bring it down to leave it in the fridge.
