Penguin Biscuit

Wife said,
"The “penguin” biscuit is quite nice.  Not too sweet and has a slightly bitter taste."

I replied,
"You might be interested in their Chinese New Year stuff."

PANDA/PENGUIN GIFT BOX
September 15, 2014

Kee Wah Bakery, a 70-year-old, family-run bakery based in Hong Kong, produced adorable gift packaging for its Panda Cookie gift set.

In keeping with the theme of its product, Kee Wah designed and produced tin collectible boxes in cute panda and penguin styles for its gifts line. Each set contains 18 pieces of individually wrapped Panda-shaped cookies imported from Hong Kong along with a free tote bag and limited edition Panda Cushion.

“Kee Wah Bakery company wanted a tin box design that would become a collectible, usable box. A minimalist design gives [the packaging a] more contemporary design feel. ”

The Kee Wah Bakery in California was established in 1985 and continues to produce freshly baked goods daily. Many well known favorites are the egg tarts and the pineapple buns.
