Lazy Mum - Yummy Bites ~ Easy, Simple N Good to Eat

Sample entry:

Hmmmm, Yum! Yum! I just love my grandma's homemade fish otak otak or some sort of spicy fish mousse. I have "inherited" the recipe from my mum and enjoy making it for the family. It taste great as compared to those commercial ones found in the frozen corners. The great difference between home cooked and commercial ones are the wonderful aroma of banana leaf and daun kaduk when it is cooked. It is a great appetizer. Otak Otak is one of the Nyonya dishes served either wrapped in small package form with banana leaf or can be served in a tray with the banana leave underlining it. Indian Vegetarian Food

Ami's Vegetarian Delicacies

I am a small time home cook, whose passion for cooking was ignited when I was 12 years old. Since then I have embarked in this culinary journey, drawing inspirations from my mom's scrumptious cooking, watching TV cook-shows, reading cook books and experimenting in my kitchen. It evolved into a blog, when I moved to Malaysia and tried to keep myself meaningfully occupied during my spare time as I was not permitted to work under the Malaysian regulations. Now blogging and sharing healthy food information has more or less become my full time passion. I hope that I too can be a popular chef one day! Bless your child Abi Dear God!
