Many people get the wrong idea that these 2 emotions, 'Being-Not-Happy' & 'Being-Angry', are inter-changeable. I was one of them. This is one step in the positive for my own Anger-Management.
The 2 Emotions:
These 2 emotions are NOT the same.
'Not-Happy' does NOT equal to 'Anger'.
'Not-Happy' equals to 'Sad'.
• It's OK to be 'Not-Happy' (or 'Sad') ;
BUT it's NOT-OK to be 'Angry'.
