1. What does SLF do?
SLF aims to develop a strong and progressive Labour Movement that supports Singapore economic growth and enhances the lives of working people in Singapore and their families at work, live and play. It provides support to the National Trades Union Congress (NTUC) in its initiatives covering areas such as promoting good industrial relations and tripartism, enhancing workers' employability and employment, strengthening social support for less privileged union members and developing strong union leadership.

3. What is SLF?
SLF is a statutory board of the Ministry of Manpower. It was formed in 1977 by virtue of an Act of Parliament under Chapter 302 of the Statutes of the Republic of Singapore. This Act is also referred to as the Singapore Labour Foundation Act.
4. Who are the institutional members of SLF?
SLF has 77 institutional members, comprising 10 NTUC social enterprises and 67 unions/associations which are also affiliated to the National Trades Union Congress (NTUC).
5. Does SLF offer any form of membership to workers?
