Thosai with only white Coconut Chutney

Now I know where to get my fix only $1.20.

'Dosa with White Coconut Chutney' is one of my favorite Indian dish. 

'Dosa'  is more commonly known as 'Thosai' in Singapore.

Most important, the Thosai must NOT be sour and must have the White Coconut Chutney.
