A Fart Poem For You ~ by Unknown

A fart is a pleasant thing,
It gives the belly ease,
It warms the bed in winter,
And suffocates the fleas.

A fart can be quiet,
A fart can be loud,
And some will quietly leave
A powerful, poisonous cloud

A fart can be short,
Or a fart can be long,
Some farts have been known
To sound like a song.

A fart can create
A most curious medley,
A fart can be harmless,
Or silent, and deadly.

A fart might not smell,
While others are vile,
A fart may pass quickly,
Or linger a while.

A fart can occur
in a number of places,
And leave everyone there,
With strange looks on their faces.

From wide-open prairie,
To a small elevator,
A fart will find all of us
Sooner or later.

But that farts are all bad,
Is simply not true
We must never forget...
Sweet old farts like you!

Kinda brings a tear to your eye – right?

Rabbit ~ Remember Buttons?

We never really wanted a pet but volunteered to look after it, all because someone else wanted to give it up, and now... we're struggling to look after it.

BLOG Post ~ Understanding Resilience

~~~
I'm not an expert on depression but here's my view on how to cope.
Fill your life with positive people. This does not mean you abandon those who suffer especially if they're very dear to you. What this means is to make sure that there are more positive people in your life so that you are well balanced enough to be able take care of those who suffer.
Also, develop a positive attitude to life. When Jesus carried his cross he fell 3 times and each time he got up and carried on. One of the times he had Simon to help him... so let people help you.
Build your "Resilience" so that you'll be able to take whatever life throws at you. I got this from wikipedia... "Resilience" is the positive capacity of people to cope with stress and adversity. This coping may result in the individual "bouncing back" to a previous state of normal functioning, or using the experience of exposure to adversity... and function better than expected. Resilience is most commonly understood as a process, and not a trait of an individual.
This sentence... "Resilience is most commonly understood as a process, and not a trait of an individual" means that nobody is born with it and it CAN be acquired.
I hope the videos below will help in understanding this.
