While searching for...

John 19:11 ~ Jesus answered, 

Thou couldest have no power at all against me, 

except it were given thee from above: 

therefore 'he' that delivered me unto thee hath the greater sin.

Question: Who is the 'he', Judas or God?

My Answer: The 'he' here is in its plural from and includes Judas, 
Caiaphas the high priest & whoever had ulterior motives in wanting Jesus dead... 

which includes the sinners of today in this day and age... us.
